INGREDIENTS/SESTAVINE:
100 g melted butter / 100 g stopljenega masla
250 g cookies / 250 g keksov, piškotov
1 kg greek strawberry yogurt / 1 kg grškega jagodnega jogurta
1 soft cream cheese or mascarpone / 1 kremni sir (philadelphia,..) ali mascarpone
2 eggs / 2 jajca
FOR STRAWBERRY LAYER COOK AND MIX / ZA JAGODNO PLAST SKUHAJTE IN SPASIRAJTE:
1/2 CUP raw sugar + vanilla Kotanyi / 1 majhno skodelico rjavega sladkorja + vanilija v prahu in burbonska vanilijeva pasta Kotanyi
750g – 1 pack frozen strawberries / 1 paket 750g zmrznjenih jagod
LAST LAYER / ZADNJA PLAST
Cocos & whipped cream / kokosova moka in stepena smetana
PREPARATION / PRIPRAVA :
BAKE / PEČEMO : 50 min on 150-160°C and chill in the oven for 15min.
When cheesecake is chilled you can put some whipped cream with cocos and fresh strawberries on.
Ko je cheesecake ohlajen ga lahko premažemo s stepeno smetano + 1 vrečka vanilijevega sladkorja KOTANYI v prahu, ki ji dodamo malo kokosove moke in okrasimo s svežimi jagodami.
